How small can a nomination in the nomination thread be? I think the more nomination for positive action the better because reward for positive action re-enforce positive actions. Is there a way for community members to vote for the value of a community action? for example if someone nominates a member for an action/s other members can vote on the weight of the specific action within the nomination replay. So when i nominate a member other member will be able to vote on the weight on my nomination replay?
Currently the CRDAO members vote on the value of nominations via dot voting (sliding scale). In the future, however, we would like to expand the protocol so that anyone who has been nominated in the past can vote on future nominations.
