While the information provided at the booth was limited, it did confirm my existing knowledge of the existence of such a deal.

The team did a great job at doing a competitive deal for the sale of its miscellaneous assets during consolidation.
It would make sense to apply this same idea to the MM deal, and potentially rethink it to transfer more towards decentralized finance which is more transparent and can avoid people accusing team of selling, price manipulation, etcetera.
