Donation to EthBerlin

This is a proposal to donate 1500 DAI to the department of decentralization / EthBerlin from the Community Funding DAO.

I assume many of us in the Aragon community from multiple organizations are probably attending EthBerlin and Dappcon for free, but events cost money - there are meals costs amongst other things. I think it’s important to give back and also help support non-profits.
