As a delegate we seek to represent ANT holders who also feel underrepresented in the current governance power dynamic.
We’re largely vision aligned with the Delegate Prisma in that the direction Aragon should pursue is:
Where we differ significantly is to also prioritise token holders, and put their interests right at the front of the mission.
This $ANT asset analysis, published proudly in a version of the Aragon token documentation, seems to no longer be a priority: “a governance asset, with planned future economics to reinforce its store-of-value status”.
Fee generation seems to be an afterthought too, it’s been 6 years since the ICO and still no solid implementation.
We observe two distinct groups of people with conflicting incentives:

Current team members / contributors being paid by the dao, who are incentivised to continue to be paid by the dao for as long as possible.

Dao members who are not being paid by the dao, who are incentivised to vote in favour of their interests as token holders.
We seek to represent the 2nd group, and are committed to do everything possible to support them, including changing the articles of association if necessary.
